DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

Our DDP option will enable you to pay customs duties up front, so your order
is less likely to be delayed and no need to make a second transaction for
payment of duties to a 3rd party.
Customers taking the DDP option will be responsible for managing any VAT post-delivery.
You’ll automatically be offered the DDP option if your order value is over €750 and
need to select ‘Pro-Forma’ as the payment option on the following step.
Duties will not be displayed at the point of checkout, but will be calculated and added on to your proforma invoice which will be emailed to your registered account.

Which countries do you deliver to?
On this website we serve customers that are registered as a business in Europe. When placing your order, you will need to give us your EORI & VAT number so that we can process it and supply the correct paperwork to customs.

We aim to get your products packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery charges will be updated occasionally, but will be made clear in checkout, before you place your order.
Goods are packed and dispatched once payment has been received. If you've paid by card online then payment has already completed and we're good to go!
If you selected the proforma option we will hold goods for up to 3 days, after which they will be released back for sale. We know you’re busy, so we’ll send you a reminder if we get close to that date.
Delivery timescales are guidelines only, so if you need the products urgently or by a guaranteed date please contact us before placing your order and we’ll work with to see what’s possible.
Bulk order t-shirts and pre-orders will have longer dispatch times. These will be communicated on the product page.
You are accountable for any adiditonal customs charges. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date in case of any queries from the customs and/or delivery
We don’t accept returns, with the exception of faulty goods. We quality check all our products, however on the rare occasion something slips through the net we’re happy to refund or replace.
You must tell us within 7 days of receipt of order if any items are faulty. We’ll ask you to take a photo of the product, and the original order number so we can trace the batch. If we need the product back we’ll make arrangements with yourself.
