If you choose Proforma / Bank Transfer ensure cleared funds to be received into our bank account within 48 hours. However, customers must provide proof of payment on the same day the order is placed.
DAP OR DDP
Duty At Place (DAP) - Place your order on the website - You can pay at checkout or pro-forma - When your order arrives in your country, the courier will send you a duty invoice to pay before they clear / deliver your goods.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) - Place you order on the website - You MUST choose Pro-Forma - We will calculate the Duty, add it to your order and send you a Pro-Forma to pay - Your order will be delivered directly to you with no extra to pay. Orders must be over 750Euros to qualify for DDP

DDP is available for customers placing orders over €750*
Our DDP option will enable you to pay customs duties up front, so your order
is less likely to be delayed and no need to make a second transaction for
payment of duties to a 3rd party.
Customers taking the DDP option will be responsible for managing any VAT post-delivery.
You’ll automatically be offered the DDP option if your order value is over €750 and
need to select ‘Pro-Forma’ as the payment option on the following step.
Duties will not be displayed at the point of checkout, but will be calculated and added on to your proforma invoice which will be emailed to your registered account.
